How we are handling the Covid 19 outbreak

March 19, 2020

We continue to monitor the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the severity of the outbreak in the United States. While there is much uncertainty, Joseph C. Sansone Company is taking proactive steps to address the health and business concerns we all share. We are committed to continuing to serve our clients’ property tax appeal needs.

Over the past weeks, we’ve focused on educating our staff to maintain a safe workplace and protect the health of our team, our clients, visitors and others.  At this time, we are moving all previously scheduled in-person meetings to meetings via phone and video conferencing.

We are continuing to work on our client’s property tax appeals both internally and to the extent we can conduct hearings with the various jurisdictions in which we do business.  Most of our local hearings in our states continue via written or phone conferences, however, at this time a number of our State level appeals are beginning to be postponed or shifted.   Our customer service, data collection and case workup efforts continue unabated so that we can be as fully prepared as we can for all our cases/hearings.

It is our intention to manage our response to this health threat in a manner that protects all of us. Please feel free to reach out to us should you have any questions or concerns, and we look forward to our continued partnership.

Regards,

Joseph C. Sansone Company Management Team
