Mike is the Chief Operating Officer of the Joseph C. Sansone Company, responsible for the management of oversight of many of the day to day operations of the Company including Sales and Marketing, Customer Service and Appeal Operations. Mike has been with the Company since 2005 where he initially led the Sales organization and transformed the Company’s sales efforts into a more disciplined, targeted sales approach for the benefit of customers and the Company.

Prior to joining the Joseph C. Sansone Company, Mike held senior level service organization roles within the Telecommunications and Aerospace fields. During his twenty plus year career, Mike has been responsible for leading services divisions, handling the financial analysis of specific business organizations and the creation of new marketing programs and offers to a wide spectrum of clients and organizations. Mike’s practical experience in business operations and analysis allows him to contribute to the strategic direction of the organization via analysis of new business opportunities and business insights.

Mike received his MBA from St. Louis University and Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University.  Mike also serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for “Circle of Concern” a local food pantry.  Mike may be reached at mbauer@jcsco.com
