 Founder of Property Tax Research, now the Joseph C. Sansone Company, Mr. Sansone is the former Assessor for the City of St. Louis. He was honored as Missouri Assessor of the Decade. He is the past President and Vice President of the Missouri Assessors Association. Mr. Sansone has served as a Director for the International Association of Assessing Officers. He was appointed by the Governor of Missouri to represent the state in the National Tax Association. As a Senior Member, he participates in the Tax Institute of America, National Tax Association, National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and American Society of Appraisers. He is a Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation f/k/a Institute of Property Taxation.
 Dr. Sansone is the Chief Operating Officer for the Joseph C. Sansone Company. She has a wide range of management experience in various industries - manufacturing, education, and health care. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Sansone was Administrative Director of inpatient and outpatient clinical services at a 900 - bed medical center for 13 years. She began her career as Plant Operator for an automotive related manufacturing company eventually managing all phases of the company’s operations as Director of Operations.
Dr. Sansone has Masters degrees in Education, and Psychology and a doctorate degree in Policy Analysis and Public Administration. In addition, she has received state and national certifications in education, psychology, as well as Diplomate Status from the American Psychotherapy Association.
Dr. Sansone has served as a board member of St. Louis Regional Hospital and St. Louis Regional Health Care Corporation, overseeing the community health care needs of St. Louis City and County residents.
 Mr. Sansone is Executive Vice President of the Joseph C. Sansone Company. Mr. Sansone is a “hands-on” leader. His past experience as Vice President, Personal Property Services, affords him a wide variety of technical knowledge from which every client benefits.
Mr. Sansone has a vast amount of experience representing clients across the United States, in a wide variety of industries. He works closely with current and potential clients in identifying and solving their assessment issues.
Zeke has a BS in Valuation Sciences and more than 15 years experience in the ad valorem tax field. He regularly testifies before the BOE and State Tax Commissions on behalf of Joseph C. Sansone Clients.
 As Chief Financial Officer of the Joseph C. Sansone Company, Mike is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of the organization.
Prior to joining the Joseph C. Sansone Company, Mike held senior level finance and accounting positions, most recently as Division Controller of a Fortune 500 consumer products organization. During his 15 year career, Mike has been responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and accounts payable functions in addition to extensive internal and external audit interface. Mike’s practical experience in business operations allows him to contribute to the strategic direction of the organization via analysis of new business opportunities and business planning.
Mike is a certified CPA in the State of Missouri and received his bachelor of science degree from the University of Missouri.
 Mr. McDonald has a vast array of experience in numerous property types and cases. He has worked with complex properties, including major chemical manufacturing plants. Mike developed and documented a variety of obsolescence factors for these clients, which resulted in a tax revaluation reduction. By taking the time to get to know the client’s business, Mike gains the necessary knowledge to apply practical business solutions to property tax valuation problems.
During his 20 year tenure at Joseph C. Sansone Company, Mike’s assignments have included Senior Appraiser, Regional Director and, his current position, as Vice President, Real Estate Services.
Mr. McDonald is a graduate of the University of Missouri and a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers, the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and the Canadian Property Tax Association. He has completed extensive course work in real estate appraisal theory and practice.
 As Senior Director, Personal Property Services, Tammy directs the day-to-day technical functions of the personal property tax division.
Tammy and her team of professional tax analysts have negotiated millions of dollars of personal property tax assessment reductions for Joseph C. Sansone clients through the development and use of fair market valuation techniques. Tammy has worked across a number of different industry segments, including significant reductions within the utility and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining the company in 1997 as an analyst, Tammy was responsible for accounting and tax issues at a Fortune 50 corporation.
Tammy is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University with a bachelor of science degree in finance and is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. She regularly participates in speaking engagements on personal property assessment topics. In addition, as a continuation of her education, Tammy has completed extensive course work in personal property appraisal theory and practice.
