Tammy Frost, Senior Director, Property Tax

As Senior Director, Personal Property Services, Tammy directs the day-to-day technical functions of the property tax division.

Tammy and her team of professional tax analysts have negotiated millions of dollars of real and personal property tax assessment reductions for Joseph C. Sansone clients through the development and use of market valuation techniques . Tammy has worked across a number of different industries and property types, including significant reductions within the utility and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining the company in 1997 as an analyst, Tammy was responsible for accounting and tax issues at a Fortune 50 corporation.

Tammy is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University with a bachelor of science degree in finance and is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. She regularly participates in speaking engagements on property assessment topics. In addition, as a continuation of her education, Tammy has completed extensive course work in property tax appraisal theory and practice.
